I created a temporary side-repo with only this package.
`/mnt/koji/mash/updates/f23-temprepo`
Now we need dgilmore to plug it into the two-week-atomic configuration and re-compose the install image.

I have added a f23-atomic-updates tag and updated the nightly script to mash the repo and include it when making the installer image. going forward any changes we need to pull into the installer environment will need a releng ticket filed so that we can tag the needed builds into the atomic updates tag and have them included.
