IMHO it would be better to import the EOL dates with ```from fedrepo_req import
STANDARD_BRANCH_SLAS``` instead of requiring users to specify them on the command line.
Also a copy of the dictionary would be better if this is only a workaround. Ideally the
default branch SLA EOL dates would be available im PDC (IMHO) and it would also be great
if PDC had a reset_SLA_EOL_dates() method (or similar). I will file some issues and see if
there is interest upstream.
