from the qt5-qtwebengine lookaside cache. It contains patent-encumbered FFmpeg codecs. (It was uploaded by a comaintainer who did not run the required cleanup script.)

It was me that made the upload and was a mistake, because happened in an automation process. The package was included becuase maintainer complained previously to not update the tarball, but not gave proper instructions how to proceed, so mistake happened.
