Please block the package epdfview from F19. It's been retired.

Note: I was unable to complete step 5:
 "Check for and remove the package from any spins kickstarts files:
 http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/spin-kickstarts.git"

I am getting:
   error: insufficient permission for adding an object to repository
 database ./objects
 when trying to push my change to fedora-livecd-security.ks
