The changes are only minor: - make FIPS testing mode work by fixing the RSA and DSA selftests. This affects only the testing FIPS mode, it should not break anything in regards to regular operation of the library.
- reenable Camellia encryption assembler implementation with included fix from the upstream CVS (previously it segfaulted due to a small bug in the assembler code)
The first fix is necessary to be able to do further testing of the FIPS mode of OpenSSL in Fedora 12.
The second fix is not important but as it is a one-liner it is safe to include it as well.
I've tested the package with a basic tests - running the openssl tool, trying ssh/ssl connections with the new library and it seems to work.

+1, but as it's a critical path package, somebody with access to a test system should test this first.
