 Specifies the cursor theme name in gtkrc.  Not strictly necessary at
 runtime, but makes it so anaconda can pick up the cursor theme
 independently of the icon theme when doing upd-instroot.

Tested (to the extent of installing the package) by me.  Not tested the
 anaconda side-effect since that script terrifies me, so, definitely needs
 a second look.
