 Hello,

the package "garmintools" was un-retired and re-reviewed
 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1236294).  The requested branches have been
 created in pkgdb.

The only problem is, that the package is still blocked on Koji for f21+.
 Could you please resolve this?
