Thomas, we cannot block a package from F-11 and F-12, only from Rawhide. Once a Fedora version has been released, the content of the "Fedora" and the "everything" repos is frozen.

Sorry, then the text in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/PackageEndOfLife is a bit missleading:
"[...] asking the package to be blocked from the appropriate collections in which it is retired."
It's retired for F-11 and F-12 too. But just Rawhide is ok, too.
