 now ruby-sqlite3 binary rpm is created from rubygem-sqlite3-ruby srpm.
 People should be able to update ruby-sqlite3 binary rpm safely.[[BR]]
 (note that ruby-sqlite3 and rubygem-sqlite3-ruby maintainer agreed this
 change)[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 So ruby-sqlite3 srpm is no longer needed. Please remove this from
 rawhide tree.
