I'm not sure what's missing here.  That build was in F9 final, and has
 been in rawhide since F9 released.  I'm missing what's the problem.

 <marcela> you was right the package perl-IPC-Run is tagged, but it can't
 be found on mirrors
 <marcela> I checked three different and it's not there
 <jkeating> are you looking in the Everything/ directory, which is where
 yum is configured to look?
