The old and obsolete gfal package has been retired in rawhide for some time now, but is still not blocked in koji. (gfal2 should be used instead.)
It has dead.package file in git and retired status in pkgdb.

I am not the maintainer of this package, but it depends on one of the packages that I maintain and since it is retired it was not rebuilt after a soname bump in that package - so I regularly get broken deps notifications for it even though it is supposed to not be there any more.
