[release] Pungi 4.3.6

Hello!

The Pungi development team is pleased to announce the availability of
Pungi 4.3.6. Builds for Fedora 36 and 37 are pending push to testing.

Here are the changes of 4.3.6:

* Better error reporting when a module misses an architecture.
 * OSBuild phase can now build ostree artifacts.
 * OSTree phase supports unified core mode in rpm-ostree
 * Setting ISO level is now more granular.
 * ISO images now use xorriso (instead of xorrisofs).
 * Python 3 compatibility fixes in less commonly used code paths.

Big thanks to everyone involved in this release.
