Skipping beta release for Design Suite

Hello team, 

Due to a bug related to gst-transcoding
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1851649) preventing Pitivi to build, it seems
Design Suite will not make it for Beta release as a result.

You could just drop that app in the kickstart and at least have
everything else?

I agree, people can install it later if they want to.

Thank you Mohan and Kevin,

I proceeded to drop Pitivi which uses gst-transcoder for the Fedora 33 
Beta Release and will reinstate once the issue got resolved.
