ldap integration docs

I moved the ldap inegration design docs under the user docs since it appears at least "good enough" for users to use. It has the old jsf screenshots but its good enough to work with right now.

simeon - can you make sure at least the text is correct. I can try to get new snapshots, but your the ldap expert, I just need you to make sure that page's text (and its child page) are all correct.

I'm gonna hold off on doing any snapshots myself. Some have annotations on them that I am not sure we want to lose. So, we'll leave the JSF snapshots, unless someone wants to take it on to do more snapshots that are analogous to the ones we have now.
