ROS Fuerte Feature Page

Hi all,

I have posted a first cut at a ROS Fuerte feature page at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/ROS_Fuerte

Please take a look at it, fix any errors, and add yourself to the 
feature if you'd like to help.  We have until July 27 to submit the 
feature; I'd like to do so in a week or two and get cracking on filing 
requests and doing reviews.
