I have not talked a lot about this here, but you might be aware that I
was working on upgrading Rails to the recent version:

and the change has landed today:

Currently, there are Rails 8.1.2 and today (I think) was released
8.1.3.1. I'll try to make the update soonish, because I didn't want to
delay the work due to change deadline.
Anyway, please let me know if there are any issues. I could have
certainly done more testing. OTOH, from packaging POV, there were not
significant changes (with exception of Trix being extracted into new
package), so I hope the 8.1 won't broke a lot of things.
