I haven't made time to dig into all my gems' FTBFS reasons in detail yet, but the couple that I looked at appeared to be incompatibilities with the latest rspec in rawhide. I've found that transpec is really useful for fixing these. And the best part is that upstreams are usually open to taking the transpec conversion patch.
