Ruby on Rails 7.0.5

Hello,

I've just pushed latest Ruby on Rails upgrade to Fedora:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-23f91f5f61

....and then realized 7.0.6 was released as well [1]. Will bump to that
shortly (hopefully now without issues).
