If you could create the side-tag that would be perfect, since i am not in the rust-sig group, so i don't have access to rust-ttf-parser. and it's the first package that must be build before the others.

Hi fellow rust packager!
For now we have two package that depend on rust-ttf-parser version 0.12 that have been stalled in development for a long time. rusttype and plotters doesn't seem ready to update there dependency sooner than later.

https://gitlab.redox-os.org/redox-os/rusttype/-/issues/148
Sadly these two crate are very important for a lot of other crates. The best approach would be to create a compat package so others can be update.
I already request a rust-owned_ttf_parser0.12 repo for rusttype. Somebody from rust-sig or the maintainer of rust-ttf-parser could request a rust-ttf-parser0.12 repo to permit the update to version 0.15 in the main repo.
I can build the update for owned_ttf_parser, owned_ttf_parser0.12, ab_glyph, fontdb and fontdue once the necessary side-tag are create. We can always restrict these change to rawhide and f36 to ease these change, if necessary.
Thanks for your time!
Hey,
I can create a ttf-parser 0.12 compat package and update ttf-parser to
version 0.15.0.
Do you want me to open side tags for you to build the rest of the
packages in, or would you rather do that yourself?
