I've tried a scratch build in dist-f14-updates-candidate on s390 and s390x:
koji -c ~/.koji/s390-config build --scratch dist-f14-updates-candidate
firebird-2.1.4.18393.0-1.fc14.src.rpm
It failed, the logs are at

Problem installing tomcat5

yum install tomcat-native.s390x tomcat5
Yields...
Error: Package: tomcat5-5.5.27-7.4.fc12.noarch (fedora)
Requires: jakarta-commons-launcher >= 0.9

Requires: jakarta-commons-daemon >= 1.0.1
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
Also, is there a maven 2.0.10 available, 2.0.8 is what's in the repository?
