NetworkManager built just fine on F-10 once I've enabled libusb, wireless-tools and
wpa_supplicant for s390x. Those packages are of no use on mainframes, but it's much
easier to just build them than to patch out everything related to wireless from NM.
That just makes NM build, though. It still has no clue about mainframe networking,
but you need it in order to build anaconda and get one step closer to booting.
