Community metrics tools

Met with Marek Haičman (@dahaic) in person this week, who mentioned he 
was looking for something to measure community and development metrics.

Here's something the OpenShift community uses. Would setting this up for 
OpenSCAP and ComplianceAsCode be interesting?

You may want to look at the Smashing Dashboard project for something a bit
