Looks like the TLS cert expired on https://www.open-scap.org a couple 
days ago.  Need to check the letsencrypt cron job.

Thanks Tom! Also received an off-line note from Jay Au -- thank you, too.

P.S. Red Hat has an annual, global, shutdown for the holidays. You'll
start to see @redhat.com peeps emerge today from their vacations today.
