hdf5 1.14.5 update coming to Rawhide this week

I will be updating hdf5 to 1.14.5 later this week, probably starting on 
Friday.  This is a soname bump.

I will be doing the build in a side tag and building all deps:

I've filed issues for the couple of build issues I've hit so far, but 
otherwise things are looking pretty good.

Some of the packages take a long time to build (vtk in particular) and 
some have long dep chains so it will take a couple of days to complete.
