Shouldn't be. All SPARC support has been removed. And the wildcarding had been removed from the excludes. But I will take a look and see if I can work it out.

Its exactly that issue. seems i forgot to fix it.

This is now fixed, and the fix is upstream, we should never hit it again

I now see download failures for the "sparcy" package, e.g. this URL does
not work (across all mirrors, it seems):

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/20/x86_64/os/Packages/s/sparcy-0.1-7.fc20.noarch.rpm

Considering the package name, I wonder if this related to this change.
