Infrastructure improvement: X.509 certificates
I wonder what it takes to get these tickets fixed:

I now have Git access over SSH, but for years, I had to download
repositories over an insecure channel.
I don't know why this problem exists:

At least there is a workaround to accept the server certificate in the
browser. But it doesn't help if you are downloading packages from Koji
in a fresh VM.
