Hello Patrick,
first of all a big welcome!
Nowadays the Security Team is mostly dormant and in dire need of more activity.
It might be good for a start to reinstantiate meetings, the last official meeting was already quite some years ago.
A lot of security tickets currently open and urgent (either by priority or severity) are currently unowned - so the need is definitely there.
What about having a meeting again, maybe using the same date as we had before (Thu, 2pm), which would be Thu, Feb 4th, 14:00 UTC in #fedora-meeting ?
Any objections from anyone else here?
All the best, Astra

Works for me too, although it's been so long that I don't remember if I was actually part of a security SIG or I just signed on to this mailing list to listen in. Hopefully it doesn't matter.

Hello David,
Thank you.
Yes, it would be nice to relaunch the Security Team and its activities.
For the moment my status is unapproved. How could I pass to “Approved”? Do you accept to become my sponsor or Sparks?
Have a good day!
Best regards, Patux

That sounds great! I can't make that meeting, but I'd love to see this team start up again, so let me know what I can do to support you all!

I should be able to make those.

That would be
$ date --date='TZ="UTC" 1400 today' Thu, Feb 4, 2021 10:00:00 PM
from my place. Can I join the meeting tonight?
I not part of Fedora Security Team, joined mailing list few years ago (I think so) but I hope I can join too.
About security ticket, where I can see it, it on pagure, bugzilla or somewhere? I guesst on bz[1] with "security" keywords.
Do security team have pagure.io group? I only found one here[2], but only have 1 members and 0 project.

Sure, it is an open meeting.

Yes, bugzilla. I'm using a script[1] from a some years ago which I run daily, but I'm not sure if the Query is still useful.

Not that I know of. This seems to have a bit differently focussed though.
All the best, Astra
