Announcing Security Team FAD 2016

In this week's meeting we figured out that many Security Team members are local 
(or close by, anyway) to the Washington, D.C. area.  With that in mind we're 
going to try to host a FAD in early 2016 in the Washington, D.C. area to work 
on the apprenticeship and maybe hammer out some bugs.

We are planning on having some sort of video-teleconference available for 
those that aren't in the D.C. area to be able to participate.

Hi Eric, thanks again for getting this started.  Seems there are several
people interested, but only 3 of us have put in possible available
times.  Also, do we have any confirmation on being able to use
(depending on date) the locations mentioned?

It'd help if there is a way to participate via online, maybe IRC.
We had one participant connected that way.

It was mentioned that we might be able to do some remote conferencing
ability.  But nothing planned yet.

That would be me I think. IRC would be nice, but unfortunately I cannot
plan very far ahead. I'll still try to join remotely if I can make time.

I'm also interested, but the trip is a little longer for me than most
(from south Texas).  Do we have a ballpark timeframe for when we'd like
to do this?
