Checked this one out and there is already a patched version released. Recommend closure as I'm unable to edit.

Sparks has the epel one of this tagged which does not appear to have the patched version yet.

Correction, forgot fedora 19 and 20 are still supported. Fedora 20 is at version torque-3.0.4-4.fc20, and 19 is at torque-3.0.4-1.fc17, so I'll need to dig further.
