Red Container on Github

Hello Fedora Red Team,

I've opened a couple of PRs to address some of the points laid out on your wiki page as goals for the initial implementation of Red Container:

I've not seen any activity in the repo since it was created.  Is this something that's actively being worked on?  If so can I solicit input on the work?
