This message comes straight out of libselinux when it sees a policy problem. This
bug should have been caught by when the policy was built in my opinion. You need
to update to a new policy to get rid of it.

$ rpm -qa *\selinux\*
libselinux-1.23.10-2
selinux-policy-targeted-1.27.1-2.13
libselinux-devel-1.23.10-2

The selinux-policy-targeted version if from updates-testing.

Should I file a bug on this or the libselinux packages?

Thank you,
