Pardon the slightly off-topic intrusion.  This might be helpful to some:

The policy in rawhide, FC3 updates, and coming in FC4test1 are all later
than the policy this guide focuses on.  However, there are extensive
sections explaining what SELinux is, how it works, and how to work with
it that are relevant.
