Or, it may be that you haven't actually committed anything since you
changed the users uid/gid
In that case a simple semodule -B && restorecon -R -v
-F /var/lib/bitcoin should fix it
... and also make sure that the bitcoin user is not associated to any
selinux user identities
eg. bitcoin should not be listed in semanage login -l
