Potential CRI-O, composefs, selinux bug

I am looking for someone with selinux expertise to look at a CRI-O problem
on CoreOS first documented at:

https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/issues/2148

and tracked at:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2477939

It seems that there might be an selinux component to the problem. Certainly
one workaround does involves creating an selinux module.
