ejabberd and Fedora 26

Hello!

A few weeks ago, I submitted a couple of pull requests to get ejabberd
working on Fedora 26 and Rawhide[0][1], but the pull requests haven't
gotten much attention. ejabberd won't start on Fedora 26 or Rawhide[2],
so it would be good to get these merged soon (hopefully before the
Fedora 26 beta).

Any chance we can get these merged and released before this week's beta
freeze? ejabberd will not start without a new SELinux policy in Fedora
26.
