Hello, all.
As we discussed at the last meeting, here is the subset of Fedora 45

marked with my FAS username those I intend to test (even in a limited
capacity).

* LLVM 23
* Golang 1.27
* Adopt PURL Metadata
* Perl 5.44 (eseyman)
* Rebase to OpenSSL 4.0 (eseyman)
* Lua 5.5
* Modernize boot.iso
* Python 3.15 (eseyman)
From the Self-Contained Changes:
* Switch distribution default version of MySQL from 8.4 to 9.7
* Switch distribution default version of MariaDB from 11.8 to 12.3 (eseyman)
* ODBC Stack Modernization
* Ruby on Rails 8.1
* Use PAM in chpasswd and newusers (eseyman)
* Enable IPv6-mostly support in NetworkManager (eseyman)
* Podman 6
* NodeJS metapackages
* Erlang 27
All changes should be testable by 11/08 (just before next week's
meeting). FTR, the complete list of changes is:

All,
At our last weekly meeting on Matrix, I volunteered to commit Emmanuel Seyman's PR post-
install ansible module into our SIG's repository. Unfortunately some new health issues
are occupying almost 100% of my time since then.
Would someone with commit privileges, please commit his PR. It can be found at
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/eseyman/ansible-support.git
Thanks.
Greatly appreciated.
John
