uhmm ok so more than crash() it is a does_not_start() case ?
It includes did_start_and_run_for_months_and_then_abnormally_stopped_in_any_way_and_wont_be_restarted(). (Auto-restarting failed services is possible and sometimes done but AFAIK not currently a common practice. In fact systemd only added restart=on-abnormal , a fairly desirable behavior, yesterday.)
