COPR for Ansible roles

Hello, all.

It's taken some time but I finally got around to creating rpms for
a few of Robert de Bock's Ansible roles.

I've submitted one for review so that it can be accepted in the
distribution but, not wanting to wait for that, I've also created 
a copr for F42 and rawhide so that people can enable it and install
those packages right away.

The roles packaged so far are:
  * backup
  * dnsmasq
  * httpd
  * mysql
  * nfsserver
  * postgres
  * restore
  * tftpd
  * users

Please feel free to use them and provide feedback. I've already spotted
issues with backup and I need to patch the postgres role (which may not
end up getting in the distribution).
