W/o knowing which is the largest (I really don't) pick the time of
the largest group, so a minority will be impacted by the insanity
of DST time changes.
I believe we have:
USA:
* sgallagh
* simo
* nirik
* mizmo
* adamw
Non-USA:
* mitr
* tuanta
Unknown (to me):
* davidstrauss
* Evolution
With at least five in the USA meaning a majority, I suppose we should
go with 11am EDT, then.
