Hi there,
I am Danishka Navin (fas: snavin) [1], who have been contributing to Fedora
since 2007 April. [1] I am currently working as DevOps and also I have been
working on a Fedora remix since 2009. It wasn't just a remix but branding
and building a local community around it.
At work I highly use AWS and we use Amazon Linux as an internal standard
but I belive that we should make Fedora available via all cloud venders in
a way, users just go and pick suitable Fedora image for them.
For example: Fedora-LAMP-Server image should deploy either instance/server
with secured LAMP server/stack. No mater you use either private or public
cloud.
With my Fedora remix, I used to release a LiveDVD that runs LAMP stack by
default to make easier of developers who use it for the first time.
Moreover we should release either tools or documentation to support end
users to deploy Fedora Server images across Hybrid infrastructure.
I am originally from Sri Lanka (+5.30GMT) but currently based in Singapore
(+8.00GMT).
I can spend at least 2 hours per week.
