Hi All,

Please test and sign off on your spins, there is two spins that failed RC-1.2 
Games failed due to a packaging bug with one of the packages in it.  Design 
suite failed due to a package listed not being installable on 32 bit x86.

We will need Freeze exceptions for both of them if they are to make F26.
