Usually I don't muck with the install ks and let releng do what they want
with it. In practice the repos get overwritten by the build scripts and
isn't controlled by what is in the ks files.
We have reached the branched stage now so I'll be change the other ks files
soon. I'd prefer to wait until there is a dummy updates repo for f18.
