adds d9315b1 Temp disable firefox in Xfce. This allows rawhide composes to finish
because Xfce spin is release blocking for arm, and firefox currently does not build on arm
so is excluding it until a fix is landed. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1523912 This should be reverted as soon as the
above bug is fixed.
