That's strange. Basically it's saying that buildinstall
couldn't find
the 'anaconda' package anywhere in the repos you've configured.
It looks like perhaps you're local mirror
(
http://hanthana/fedora/releases/10/i386/os/) was made from say the DVD
image, which is a small subset of the Fedora 10 packages. You need to
point at a full mirror of the Fedora 10 packages (the contents in
releases/10/Everything/<arch>/os/).
