 When opening new ticket in this trac, the default milestone in the popup
 menu is F15 Beta. When trying to find something more up-to-date, F19 is
 the last one.

 There are multiple ancient Fedora release milestones that are still open.

 There is no milestone for releases like F23 or F24.

 = fix recommendation =

 Close old milestones.

 Create milestones for future releases.
