Disabling extra subpackages wallpaper for Fedora 41

Hello spin maintainers,

As the subpackage wallpaper i.e. fxx-extras-{gnome,kde,mate,budgie} 
series,  are stale for a while since at least Fedora 30, I would like to 
disable it for Fedora 41 so the default
wallpaper is the only active package. If there is an objection for the 
change, let it know.

Sounds ok. The packages needs only be removed in some places. Ie. comps.
