This was discussed twice in the spins SIG meeting and if you find this
unacceptable, you should have spoken up after reading the meeting
Well, I haven't seen this discussion.
But haven't you looked at the KDE spin sizes? The changes made the KDE spin go
over CD size, which is not acceptable.

If the size of the KDE spin is your only concern you should
* speak with the KDE SIG first
The KDE SIG targets 700 MiB for the spin size.
* speak with the Spins SIG first
There was no time for that, the F15 Beta RC1 compose is imminent.
* not touch all other spins.
The change was made to -base which affects ALL spins and provides NO provision
to disable this for KDE specifically.
We need to put the prelinking command into individual kickstarts which want
this, not the base kickstart.
I find it unacceptable to revert a decision made by the SIG in a
action without previous notice.
The RC1 compose is imminent, so this had to be reverted urgently.
