Yes, though if you substantially change a Spin it is supposed to
get re-reviewed. Note that a lot of time isn't being put into the
Spins SIG right now by people.
Thanks for that Bruno, I can't think of any major changes that might
be made to the spin once it's submitted for review; only inclusion of
new packages, or new versions of packages, or other minor modifications.
Regarding the lack of activity in the Spins SIG, maybe when I get more
used to how things work in it, I might be able to help with some
things if it's needed :)
