I got a message from Bruno about this -- apparently this was approved
by the Spins SIG, and he was wondering about Board approval. This
issue came up in another thread as well -- if a Spin hasn't changed
materially from release to release, there's no need for the Board to
revisit it for approval.
I think the last official issue of the Games Spin was for F8.
It now has a a bit more desktop, a few less games and more of a focus
on being a show case spin, rather than just a collection of games.
I think the feel of the spin should be pretty similar to how it was in F8.
