[PATCH] return dp errors back to the frontends

This is mostly cosmetic as for now we always ignore errors for users
lookups, and sssd_pam uses the pam_status errors to check for errors.
But I felt like we should send back detailed information to the clients,
and allow them to decide what to do.
One reason is that we may, in future use the knowledge that comes from
errors like DP_ERR_OFFLINE.

[PATCHES] make code to read options usable by all providers

0001 moves code from deep down the ldap code into generic code that can
be used by other providers..
0002 moves code to an ldap provider specific file. First steps to make
it possible to build multiple providers using common ldap code.

[PATCH] two build patches

Hi,
I found the following two patches useful:
0001: distutils on SUSE defaults to /usr/local when installing Python
modules. This is because they want the same default behaviour as
autotools. Giving an explicit prefix might be a good idea
anyways. I'm just wondering is PYTHON_PREFIX is the right variable
to use.
0002: %defattr is obviously missing

SUSE specific init script

Hi,
based on the init script in server/sysv/ I created one for SUSE based
distributions. Sumit suggested to use server/sysv/sssd.SUSE for that. Find
a patch attached.
In future it would be nice to have "make install" automatically pick the
correct file. Any ideas how that could be implemented?

[PATCH] fix startup of services

When only LOCAL is configured I forgot to mark the services started at
startup, so they were started twice.
